Based in Cornwall, most products have a Cornish connection and many are associated with history or architectural history. There are books on tourism, architecture and the houses of Cornwall.
Our offices are in the Cornish countryside, where the staff work from converted stables. We hope that we will always give you a friendly and personal service.

The first of our latest two books, published March 2009, describes Harlyn House, St Merryn, North Cornwall. This is a
large 16th century house, on an ancient site, extended on several occasions over 17th to 19th centuries, and now undergoing restoration. Harlyn House has fascinating examples of architecture, plasterwork and features from many periods and is justifiably considered one of the most interesting country houses of Cornwall.

The second of our new releases, also published March 2009, contains a history of Port Eliot, at St Germans in East Cornwall, once a Medieval Priory, which has been in one family for some 450 years. It remains private and a family home, reflecting not only the architectural alterations of many centuries, but also the collections and paraphernalia that a family accumulates. Now open to visitors for a limited period each year, this booklet provides a brief introduction to the main phases of its building history.
